Government decisions on the Small Passenger Services Review were announced in April 2016, aiming to provide the fundamental provisions necessary for the sector to operate safely, while ensuring flexibility for existing and future passenger services.
Operators will be able to compete on an even footing and to differentiate their brands from competitors on aspects such as cost, service, environmental footprint, and philosophy.
Public submissions on the review are now available, as well as the Summary and Analysis of Submissions from the February 2016 consultation.available.
